What we collect

When you sign up for the free 7-Day Chair Yoga Plan, we collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name.

How we use it

We use your details to send you the free plan and one short chair yoga email a week, with poses, tips and news about UncleCracked books. We never sell or rent your details.

Who helps us

Our emails are sent with EmailOctopus, which stores your email address and first name for us. The sign-up form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is covered by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you won't hear from us again. You can also email us to see, change or delete the details we hold about you.
